(For the period of approximately 6 hours for example, from 18.30 until 00.30 clock) from 30 to 90 pers.
1.) Served
- Salad with walnut-sherry dressing and croutons
- Cream soup of Potatoes with smoked salmon or leek cream soup
2.) A hot buffet. Buffet opening for example 18.45 pm till about 02.00 am:
- Poached fillet of Norwegian salmon on spinach with Sc. Hollandaise
- Strips of roasted chicken breast with fresh mushrooms in cream sauce
- Medallions of pork in Madeirarahm
- Potatoes au gratin, hash browns, spätzle noodles
- Vegetables
For dessert buffet:
- Homemade vanilla mousse with fresh fruit sauce (strawberries / berries)
- Fresh-cut fruit (pineapple and Galia-melon)
- Cheese board with franz.Brie, blue-veined, Munster, goat cheese, pepper,Walnut cheese, feta cheese and fresh homemade bread
3.) Drinks:
- For the Reception Rotkaeppchen dry sparkling wine, orange juice
- Apollinaris Mineralwater Selection (cooled on the table), Dornfelder red wine sweet or dry, Riesling from the Mosel, Veltins Pils on tap, Maisels unfiltered wheat beer, alcoholic beverages, fruit brandy, plum brandy , Aquavit, Vodka, Ramazotti
