(For the period of approximately 8 hours for example, from 18.00 until 02.00 clock) from 50 to 90 pers.
1.) Served:
- Cream soup of Potatoes with smoked salmon or leek cream soup
2.) A hot buffet. Buffet opening for example 18.45 pm till about 02.00 am:
- Poached fillet of Norwegian salmon on spinach with nappiert Sc. Hollandaise
- Strips of roasted chicken breast with fresh mushrooms in cream sauce
- Medallions of pork in Madeirarahm
- Potatoes au gratin, hash browns, spätzle noodles
- Vegetables
- Small salad buffet with lettuce, Frenchdressing / Thousend Iceland Dressing
For dessert buffet:
- Homemade vanilla mousse with fresh fruit sauce (strawberries / berries)
- Fresh-cut fruit (pineapple and Galia-melon)
- Cheese board with franz.Brie, blue-veined, Munster, goat cheese, pepper,Walnut cheese, feta cheese and fresh homemade bread
3.) Drinks:
- For the Reception Schloss Rheinberg dry sparkling wine, orange juice
- Apollinaris Mineralwater Selection (cooled on the table), Dornfelder red wine sweet or dry, Braunberger Kurfürstenlay Riesling, Veltins Pils on tap, Paulaner unfiltered wheat beer, alcoholic beverages, fruit brandy, plum brandy , Malteser, Vodka, Ramazotti
4.) Extras:
- White tablecloths, or white trimmed with red tablecloths
- Flower Arrangements (Table Arrangements)
- White cloth napkins
